How it works

A clear path from file to import.

01 / Choose your CSV

One UTF-8 CSV, up to 5,000 rows and 10 MB. Start with new products or explicitly grouped variants.

02 / Confirm the columns

Map title, SKU and price. Review missing values, duplicates and option combinations before exporting.

03 / Review & download

Preview five products for free. A $9 export includes the full draft CSV and any issue report.

Built for a focused first import.

New products only

All output uses draft status and disables online-store publishing. Review handles and leave Shopify’s overwrite option off.

Explicit variants

Up to three options with a supplied grouping column. Ambiguous relationships need correction before export.

Files stay with you

CSV contents are processed in your browser. No store connection or catalog upload is required.

CSV files only. Inventory updates, PDFs, image uploads and store sync are outside the supported scope. Optional images need public HTTPS links; a valid link format does not prove an image is reachable.

Pricing

One file. One purchase.

Preview

Free

Issue report, mapping summary and a preview of the first five products.

Full export

$9 USD

One file’s full draft CSV, issue report and mapping summary. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout.

Privacy and purchase information

Privacy

CSV contents stay in your browser. Our server stores order records, file and mapping fingerprints, payment events and authorization information. Creem processes payments. Language preferences and order credentials are stored in your browser; clearing them may prevent automatic order recovery.

Information you send by email is used to investigate your request and process refunds. Send only the minimum redacted information needed, not full CSV files or download credentials.

Refunds

For a problem with a paid export, contact support within seven days of purchase. We respond within two business days. Provide your order ID and a redacted description or error message; no full CSV is required. For a confirmed defect caused by our tool within its supported scope, we correct it within two business days after receiving the information needed to investigate, or issue a full refund. This includes output that does not match the confirmed preview and export/import format errors caused by our tool. Duplicate charges are refunded. Errors disclosed before purchase, unsupported input, inaccessible third-party image URLs, and different files or mappings requested after purchase are not covered defects. Refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method after we verify order ownership. A refunded order loses future download access; downloaded files cannot be recalled. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Supported use & responsibility

Use files you are authorized to process. Review the preview, field mapping, prices and existing handles before importing. Import as new draft products with overwrite disabled, preferably into a separate store first. Public image accessibility, store-specific rules and third-party services may affect import results. This independent tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
